Project on Premium Services
The idea for developing the Premium Service Management System originated from observing real-time challenges in managing recurring premium services within IT service management systems like ServiceNow.
Many organizations handle service renewals and expense tracking manually, which leads to:
Missed billing cycles
Lack of transparency in service charges
No automated notifications to users
This inspired us to create a solution that could automate recurring charges, track active/deactivated services, and notify users instantly — all within the ServiceNow platform.
